About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Network Engineer…
In this role, you will:
+ Requirements gathering, design, development, test, release for automation scripts/processes in Python/Ansible
+ Knowledge and experience working with JSON
+ Evaluate or review queries to extract data, create standard procedures, or perform limited programming to fine tune systems supported
+ Research performance trends and recommend process improvements
+ Knowledge and experience working with RESTful API
+ Creating/modifying/automating the operational reports
+ Utilizing Ansible orchestration and Python scripting to simplify high volume and/or high-risk tasks for business partners
+ Identify gaps in current technology processes and recommend changes to assure Service Level Agreements can be supported
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications, US:
+ 4+ years of Network Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 4+ years of advanced scripting experience using Unix Shell Scripting, Ansible, Perl, Python, YAML , Java, or PL- SQL
+ 4+ years of experience developing and using RESTful Application Program Interface ( API )
+ 4+ years of experience with Linux OS environment
+ 4+ years of experience with source coding in one or a combination of the following: GitHub, SVN , TFVC (Team Foundation Version Control) or TFSGit (Team Foundation Server
+ Experience with creating and or updating technical design documentation used by engineering teams
Desired Qualifications:
+ Act as senior TM and work closely with various LoB, stakeholders to understand requirements, define and develop appropriate solutions for Network Automation.
+ Primary area of contribution would be network administration and development of work flow Automation for Compliance ,configuration mgmt. and software code control in highly complex network environment.
+ Development of standards to govern the deployment of Network Automation solutions and services within core network based on best practices and model driven approach.
+ Good understanding of Networking protocols
+ writing template – Jinja / YAML /Python along hands on experience in Orchestration platforms, Ansible configuration , Writing playbooks etc.
+ Experience in Git, Jira, Jenkins usage and integrations.
Job Expectations:
Pay Range
$84,000.00 – $179,200.00
