Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Hourly Rate, plus monthly department bonus

Location - Clearwater, FL onsite

Overview:

Mid Atlantic Finance is seeking a self-motivated individual with some general office experience. Previous insurance experience is not required.  This position is responsible for variety of insurance claims, follow up and correspondence after purchase of accounts.  Work with customers, insurance agents, other Mid-Atlantic employees and management on insurance matters. 

Proficiency in Excel is desired.

  What You'll Do:

• Process all GAP insurance and other insurance correspondence.
• Contact insurance companies and customers to verify current policy coverage in force and compliant.
• Update all insurance renewals, e ntering all renewals and cancellations into the system.
• Ensure all insurance checks received have been reviewed and provided to adjuster for processing. Follow up on all outstanding insurance loss checks.
