Sonographer

Typical pay range $44 - 55/hr
Varying shifts typically 7:30am-5:30pm Monday - Friday
Requirements Performs Diagnostic Sonographic examinations as directed by the requesting physician under the guidance of the on-site Radiologist.
Coordinates Sonograms requested with other Radiology Examinations according to patient's needs.
Assists the Radiologist in performing invasive Ultrasound studies using High Level Disinfection technique and Standard Precautions.
Responsible for making adjustments to the schedule to accommodate emergent exams.
Maintains all probes and patient care equipment in good working order following all manufactures' recommendations and all Health Centers approved cleaning or disinfecting procedures.
Requirements ARDMS Certification (Open to newly certified Sonographers)
