Job Summary: Community Association Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of homeowner association including single family homes and condominiums.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of 5-7 homeowner associations
Ensure efforts fully meet and exceed management contractual obligations
Direct the day to day vendor activities, architectural reviews and assist with HOA operations
Direct in a timely manner execution of tasks and problem resolutions to support the community associations and their boards
Direct and enforce rules and restrictions of contract terms and requirements
Carry out board instructions
Manage association business as directed and in compliance with regulations and association covenants and by-laws
Develop operating budgets
Analyze and distribute monthly financial statements
Solicit, negotiate and manage vendor contracts
Make appropriate recommendations to the board in a timely manner
Finalize and approve all written reports for distribution
Coordinate and attend all board meetings
Perform visual inspections of each assigned property

Job Qualifications:
2+ years experience within Community Association Management
Strong Manager able to deal with changing priorities and a diverse set of residents
Good organizational and time management skills required
Ability to work closely with Board Members, Residents, Vendors, Staff and Corporate
Professional with a strong focus on customer service
CCAM preferred
Experience using CYNC software or similar a plus

Salary: $65,000 Negotiable Depending on Experience; Benefits include: Vacation, Holidays, Sick Leave, Flexible Schedule; Cell, Gas Card
