Job description

  Outbound Shipment Coordinator
Tri-Pac, Inc. a contract development and manufacturing company (CDMO) specializing in liquid and aerosol filling for personal care and pharmaceutical marketers, is seeking an experienced   Outbound Shipment Coordinator   for immediate addition to our fast-growing team. 

Job Description:
The Outbound Shipment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring on time and accurate outbound shipments. The outbound shipment coordinator will maintain good rapport with customers by providing timely communication regarding shipments. This position requires direct communication with other departments directly impacting the shipment of product.

Responsibilities:

• Create packing lists based on customer shipping instructions once product is released for shipment.
• Create internal documentation for warehouse pulling of product to ship.
• Work with customers to receive BOL and schedule freight.
• Audit warehouse pulls to ensure correct pallets are scheduled to ship.
• Enter data into reports based on shipments. Ensure reports are shared both internally and externally.
• Schedule inbound shipments of product from customers
• Communicate with customers regarding shipment delays, errors, requirements, etc
• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to generate reports.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication, time management and multi-tasking skills
