ROLE: QA Analyst

LOCATION: Onsite in Charlotte, NC

Job Description/ Responsibilities

Minimum 5+ years of overall quality assurance experience with majority in QA Automation.
Actively write automation test scripts using Playwright using customer's in-house automation framework.
Strong programming experience in Playwright, Typescript, Javascript, NodeJS, NPM, Visual Studio Code, HTML.
Good online/web application automation experience across different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
Good knowledge on ALM Octane and JIRA.
Good Telecom/Domain knowledge.
Experience with Browserstack (cloud) is a plus.
Work closely with the BA/DEV teams to identify new automation opportunities.
Work closely with backend and frontend engineers to communicate the data and UI changes needed for automation.
Create the process for regression test handoff from manual QA to the automation team for inclusion in automated regression test suites.
