Job description

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Construction Scheduler - Heavy Civil to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction scheduling process for heavy civil projects. You will use your knowledge of construction scheduling, project management, and heavy civil construction to create and maintain an accurate construction schedule, as well as track progress, identify any risks, and communicate with stakeholders. You will also be responsible for monitoring the construction schedule and providing updates to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and track an accurate construction schedule for heavy civil projects.
• Monitor progress of construction activities to ensure the project timeline is met.
• Identify and address potential risks and delays.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
• Implement and adhere to safety regulations and protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling and heavy civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and project management principles.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
