We are looking for a high energy individual who is passionate about joining our North America University Team. Reporting to the Director, University Relations & Talent Outreach, this role will support project work pertaining to our University Programs. This internship will provide and build your skills within the HR and Talent Acquisition space, as well as; provide learning is areas such as leadership, business acumen, and the human resources space.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage day to day responsibilities in support of the University Recruiting Team in North America
Not afraid, and willing to jump in when needed across our co-op and intern programs
Effectively communicate and build relationships with various stakeholders across Sanofi
Work on special projects to hep innovate and build our University programming
Assist with all internship program events and summer programming (i.e. learning sessions, special events, event set up etc)
Create communications for various events for internal messaging and social media
Assist with projects aligned with process improvements and recruitment development
ABOUT YOU
Actively pursuing an MBA or Master’s degree and must have completed an undergraduate degree with a focus in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Journalism and/or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
Strong interpersonal skills
