Title: AWS Data Engineer
Location: Chicago IL Onsite Position
Duration: 6 months+
LOCALS ONLY
Need Someone with strong communication skills. Also they want someone who can write code, hands on data engineer, experience with terraform, AWS, Databricks, DevOps. No infrastructure people. Atleast 10+ years of experience required.
Required Skills:
AWS Glue console
AWS Glue objects such as Jobs, Tables, Crawlers, Connections, and Workflow
AWS Glue ETL scripts using Python / PySpark
AWS Lambda scripts
AWS Glue API
AWS S3 data lake
AWS Cloudformation / CloudWatch
AWS CLI command line
AWS IAM permission
Coordinate with DevOps team to build CI/CD pipeline
Coordinate with DevOps team for deployment to environments
Familiarity with DataDog for logs and monitoring
Familiarity with Github for code repository
Optional Skills:
Some knowledge of Tibco
Amazon RDS (DynamoDB, Redshift, other database, etc
