Job description

Professional Office Services, Inc (POS) is a national healthcare communications company headquartered in Waterloo, Iowa with production facilities throughout the country. Our products and services include print, digital communications, and healthcare communication technologies to help practices engage with patients.


We are currently seeking candidates for a Customer Support Specialist to work within our Customer Care/Sales Support Department in Waterloo, IA. The general hours for this position will be 8:00am-4:30pm (Central Time) Monday through Friday.

The primary responsibility of the Customer Support Specialist is to provide the best possible customer experience by by helping identify customer needs while promoting our customized print and electronic communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service, excellent communication skills and an enthusiasm for helping customers achieve their goals. Customer Support Specialists align with our Sales team, Customers, and Corporate staff to provide the best Customer Experience. Specific job duties include (but are not limited to):
