Graphic Packaging International, LCC is one of the largest manufacturers of paperboard and fiber-based packaging for the world’s most recognized brands of food, beverage, and consumer products is growing their business!  We have embarked on a significant capital investment to modernize and grow our coated recycled paperboard (CRB) manufacturing portfolio. The investment includes building a state-of-the-art paper machine on a greenfield site in Waco, Texas. This investment will upgrade the company’s overall recycled paperboard capacity and take advantage of a rapidly-growing market for recycled and recyclable packaging.

This investment will position Graphic Packaging International, LLC as the most technologically advanced producer in its industry, benefitting their customers, their shareholders and the environment when this highly productive paperboard machine ramps up. 

We are seeking a Superintendent, Power and Recovery I to join the Waco, Texas  (Greenfield Startup) team.   

The Power Sand Recovery Superintendent position is a leadership role and is responsible for the safe and stable operation of the Waco Mill Power operation. 

Responsibilities include safety, environmental compliance, employee engagement, hourly team development, process productivity, efficiency and reliability, department financial performance to include cost management and annual budgeting, and capital planning.  Responsibilities will also include the direction of technical resources and process experts who support the business unit.
