Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The Project Management department is responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion through the use of timelines, KPI reports, Stage Gate meetings, and fact-driven communication. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our innovations are delivered on time by proposing solutions and understanding each partner's requirements, expertise, and scope.

Your Impact on the Role:
Prepare, develop, edit, and manage product launch timelines based on marketing innovation plans as well as engineering change requests (ECR).
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by collaborating with key stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans and timelines to track progress using our timeline tool.
Identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed during various meetings and through reporting.
Manage relationships with internal partners.

Your Impact in Your First Year:
Ability to propose agility in timelines as you will have a clear understanding of each partner's constraints from design, marketing, product development to packaging development.
Present alerts to COMEX.
Lead meetings with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Who You Are:
You have:
3-4 years of experience in Project Management.

You are proficient in:
Visio - working knowledge.
Experience with a timeline application (Workfront / Microsoft Project).
Microsoft Word and Excel.
First PMO experience (Health & Beauty industry experience a plus).

You possess:
Proven Project Management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive in making recommendations for process improvement and new ways of working.
Ambition to learn more, with a curious mindset.
Strong passion for the beauty industry.
Out-of-the-box thinker with a 'Sky's the Limit' mentality.
Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and analytical skills with the ability to work autonomously.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
