The Program:

The Racial Equity & Inclusion program is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where every individual is valued, respected, and empowered. The Position:

The Racial Equity & Inclusion Coordinator is responsible for managing racial, equity, and inclusion initiatives. They provide support to the Director of the Racial, Equity & Inclusion program in accomplishing the YWCA’s racial, equity & inclusion strategic work plan and initiatives for Kanawha, Boone, and Clay counties.

The YWCA of Charleston is committed to providing growth opportunities, which may lead to an expansion of responsibilities and working hours for the REI Coordinator to move from a part-time to a full-time position based on performance.
