Wage band range $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. However, starting pay is ultimately determined by the scope of the position, the candidate's relevant experience, and internal equity. Position is eligible for Bilingual pay incentive. 

Position is eligible for $7,500 Sign-On Bonus!!  Paid at 90-day, 6-months, and 1-year of active service.

Parent Support Services provides mental health treatment, support, and case management to Ventura County parents receiving either Family Reunification or Family Preservation services. Therapeutic services will support parents to navigate their own historical trauma, substance use, and/or domestic violence experiences that impact healthy family functioning and preserve the family unit (permanency).

Under the direction of the Chief Clinical Offer, is responsible for providing and implementing the clinical therapy component of the overall treatment plan. Clinician II manages cases of assigned clients. The Clinician II carries out the mission of Casa Pacifica as it relates to on-going clinical assessment, evaluation and progress of the client within Casa Pacifica.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

CREDENTIALS:

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:  Experience working with families with substance use, Child Welfare/probation involvement, and domestic violence preferred. Ability to use various computers Software, Microsoft Office Suites.  Bilingual in Spanish, a plus. Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Language Skills: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to write comprehensive evaluations and progress notes/ reports on client’s treatment goals.

Valid driver’s license is required for transporting parents/families. Any changes that occurs on your driving record must be reported immediately to your supervisor.
