Job description
Our customer is looking to add a driven and dynamic HRIS Analyst to their team. This person should have a strong systems background and be good with people. This person will evaluate and maintain the HRIS system as well as make sure that they're staying up to date with the system's capabilities. This person will make sure that the right people have access to the system, HIPAA compliance is maintained, and manage various reports related to benefits, vendors, etc.
In addition to making sure the system is running correctly and that the data inputted is correct, this person will manage relationships with vendors as well as the different internal sites - so someone who enjoys people interaction and communicates well is key. Being able to pivot and take on new challenges is also key.
