Job description
Position Overview: The Project Executive (PX) Commercial Construction is a senior role responsible for managing the execution of multiple commercial construction projects.
The Project Executive is a key leader responsible for the overall success of the projects, providing strategic leadership, and ensuring customer satisfaction and project profitability.
Key Responsibilities: Project planning and scheduling: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Contract Management: Ensure compliance with contracts, scope of work, and customer expectations.
Project execution: Manage all phases of the project to ensure successful completion. Cost control: Monitor and control the project budget and expense. Leadership: Lead, direct, and motivate the project team to achieve the projects goals.
Communication: Communicate with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project progress.
Risk Management: Anticipate, identify, and manage project risks.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management. Proven experience with Commercial, K-12, Schools, Municipal, Municipal Construction, Municipality, Design Build. Experience leading design-build projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of project management software. Proven ability to meet deadlines and budgets. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
