Job Title: Mid-Atlantic Business Unit Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid-Atlantic Business Unit Lead to oversee and manage all aspects of our client's commercial concrete construction operations within the Mid-Atlantic region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability within the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Manage and lead a team of sales, marketing, and operations professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other business units and departments to ensure overall company success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business management, sales, or operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the Mid-Atlantic market and industry trends.
