A National leader in the custom home building industry, is looking for a General Operations Manager in Wilmington NC!
An ideal candidate will currently ( LIVE in the coastal area of N.Carolina) and will also possess a strong knowledge of custom home construction, have an exceptional work ethic within any necessary task, demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, and generally have a overall knowledge of new home construction outside of only production homes.
It's imperative that Someone is familiar with the Wilmington NC (Or coastal region) area & knows the dynamics of that market + local vendors/subs/etc to integrate with the current operations.
This National company is looking for the right person with “high energy” and strong leadership that will constantly be driving the Production & Sales processes & take the lead for all office operations going forward.
