Overview:
Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to join our team! For this position, we are seeking full-time candidates t hat can produce high quality results in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a high priority for consistency, safety, and sanitation.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to read, comprehend , and follow Restaurant Food Manual, Recipes, and Instruction Guides
- Following a Prep List and Prioritizing Completion based on par Levels and Restaurant Need
- Adhering to Product Date Labelling and Food Storage Hierarchy Guidelines, as outlined by Restaurant Policy and Health Department Regulations
- Prepare Recipes by Measuring Ingredients, Boiling, Broiling, Baking, Sauteing, and Using Proper Cooling Methods
- Cleaning, Sanitizing, and Detailing the Prep Workspace as Needed and as Required by Restaurant Protocol
- Managing Time Effectively and Working Efficiently to Yield High Quality Food Products
- Operating, Maintaining , Cleaning, and Sanitizing all Kitchen Equipment per Instruction
- Following all Safety and Sanitation Procedures as well as Restaurant Protocols
- Ensuring only Q uality F inished P roducts are S erved to our G uests
- Using P roper P ortioning U tensils and F ollowing R ecipe Gu idelines
- Working C ooperatively with other K itchen T eam M embers and M anagement
- Ability to M ulti- T ask and C omplete T asks S afely and E fficiently
- Safe H andling, U se, and S torage of S anitation and C leaning C hemicals
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 Years old to apply
- Strong attention to detail
- High standards of cleanliness
- Ability to lead and take direction
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs, and stand and walk for extended periods
- Working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations
