Job Summary:

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Rapid Response Monitoring, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, nurturing, and optimizing relationships with team members and clients. You will leverage your extensive experience in HR, recruitment, and training to support our team members and clients to achieve the desired HR goals. This role involves collaboration with various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, training, and support for our team members and client network.

Salary Range: $85,000- $95,000 range
