Job Summary:

 

The Security Analyst/ AP3 is an experienced security professional who performs the duties as the primary Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and/or primary Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO). The CPSO/CSSO works closely with Government Security offices to ensure all security obligations are met. This role performs all aspects of on-site execution of program security requirements for assigned SAP/SCI program(s) to ensure compliance with regulatory guidance. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, interpreting, and applying existing various U.S. Government regulations, ex. Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), DoD Manual 5205.07, DoD Manual 5105.21-M-1, the CFR 32 Part 117 (NISPOM Rule). In addition, the Security Analyst will monitor classified information systems and controlled areas, track personnel security processing, conduct periodic self-inspections, oversee the implementation/completion of corrective action plans, and thoroughly investigate and document security violations/adverse information reports. The candidate must be a United States citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret eligibility and be willing to undergo a polygraph examination, as required.
