Senior Project Manager II, Sourcing Transformation

What you'll do...
- Driving organizational change – The ultimate objective for you is to drive organizational and cultural change at Walmart to ensure Sourcing delivers on its longer-term goals. Maintain a portfolio of projects and deliverables across a variety of areas within Sourcing, from inception to completion. Serve as program lead for key initiatives managed by the Sourcing Leadership team with oversight of the program implementation and rollout, including change management and communications.
- Developing strategic roadmaps – Gain a deep understanding of the problem and pain points, identify the right solutions that are executable. Build the overarching roadmaps for bringing those solutions to realization. Ensure alignment and buy in to the roadmap from complex cross functional stakeholders. Communicate roadmap, enablers, and dependencies across executive audiences.
- Driving alignment and accountability – Drive informed decision-making and ensure resolution of critical issues by partnering with senior leaders to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues within the business. Educate sponsors, stakeholders, and executive leadership on program requirements. Develop and implement a program management life cycle. Responsible for presenting to key leadership and partners while keeping stakeholders updated on progress. Lead program meetings involving all key stakeholders that are strategic to meeting overall goals.
- Removing roadblocks and implementing change – Interpret and utilize information for one or more initiative work streams by using various analytical methodologies. Develop solutions within business areas that meet business goals. Prioritize assignments and recommend program changes to stakeholders based on data. Persuade cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement changes. Seek and implement opportunities within the program to develop or refine process that optimize procedures, reduce time, while providing better consistency.
- Enabling acceleration and transformation – Evaluate program performance by comparing progress to long range plan. Identify and address cross-functional program and project issues and recommend adjustments and process improvement ideas to leadership to meet deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
3 years’ project management experience.
