About the Role:

As a valued member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the directors within the Global Inventory Center of Excellence (COE) across designated business sectors. Your primary focus will revolve around managing the financial aspects of inventory within your assigned business area(s), encompassing technical inventory accounting, advanced analytics, financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting. Additionally, you'll serve as a key liaison for stakeholder management within your sphere of influence, addressing accounting issues, policy disputes, and business changes with financial implications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Support: Partner with directors to set strategic direction for the Global Inventory COE, fostering close relationships with allocated divisions to support inventory optimization and decision-making processes.


- Month-end Activities: Drive monthly closing activities, collaborating with divisional finance, operations, and global finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.


- Communication and Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, proactively communicating changes and aligning with global counterparts to support business initiatives.


- Planning and Management: Contribute to the planning process by providing quality inputs for forecasts, budgets, and projections, while also supporting talent development within the team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required (Master's preferred).


- 8+ years of experience in complex inventory or accounting functions within global organizations.


- CPA qualification preferred.


- Strong understanding of US GAAP; experience with Oracle/SAP/MFG/JDE preferred.

Compensation:

Salary range of $95,100 - $204,000 plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
