Job description
We are under new management and actively seeking caring, compassionate individuals who want to be part of our team.
Summary:
The primary responsibilities of this position are to set up the dining room for meals, serve meals, and complete clean up after meals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set tables for meals including placing eating utensils, placemats, napkins, and condiments on tables.
- Serve meals that have been prepared by a food vendor.
- Collect and stack dirty dishes on the cart and return to the kitchen.
- Clean tables and put condiments away.
- Wash dishes, then dry them and put them away.
- Fill milk and butter containers and place them on tables before meals. Put away after meals.
- Collect and place garbage/trash in designated containers, then take the trash to the dumpster after each meal.
- Sweep dining room.
- Spot mop.
- Clean steam table.
- Clean counters each shift.
