Job description

JOB SUMMARY

The Physical Therapist is a health professional who, upon the direction of the referring physician, provides physical therapy services to include assessment, treatment planning, treatment implementation, and reassessment.

JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

Type: PRN or As Needed

Typical Hours: Varies Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, no weekends or holidays

Education:

Graduate of an APTA approved university curriculum in Physical Therapy with a B.S. degree.

Certification & Licensures:

Eligible for certification as a Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri.

BLS Certification

Experience:

Previous experience not required for entry. Previous health care related experience is desirable.
