As a Tier III Systems Engineer at IntePros Federal, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing adaptable technology plans that drive business results. Your broad base of experience in technology strategy development, SAN administration, data center operations, and database management will be put to the test as you support both unclassified and classified IT systems. Collaborating with a diverse team of professionals, including support contractors, government civilians, and U.S. military members, you will integrate, troubleshoot, and document global enterprise IT systems. Your responsibilities will include providing Tier II and Tier III support services, maintaining and optimizing infrastructure hardware and software, and ensuring the smooth operation of virtual and physical servers in data centers. Additionally, you will support the implementation of O365, Microsoft Azure, and various end-user applications, while also ensuring the security and performance of systems through audits and monitoring.

To excel in the role of Tier III Systems Engineer at IntePros Federal, you will need a diverse skill set. You should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an IT Operations environment, along with 2+ years of experience directing system-level design and configuration. Proficiency in VMware ESXi/vSphere/vCenter, Microsoft Server, Exchange, and Desktop Environments is essential, as well as expertise in Compliance Management through Group Policy.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as VBScript and PowerShell for automation tasks is crucial, along with experience in Citrix technologies, server administration, and VDI solutions. Familiarity with systems protocols like TCP/IP, AD, DHCP, DNS, and security compliance tools like Tenable Security Center is also required. Strong communication and documentation skills are vital to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
This role demands a detail-oriented professional with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and technologies.
