Summary
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that the production plan and manufacturing goals are carried out for assigned area using all personnel, materials, and equipment to produce a quality product to meet module production schedule. Establishes standards of performance, measures progress, and manages work/low. The Production Supervisor will lead and coach Team Members on safety and quality to meet production standards. The Production Supervisor supervise all activities within the facility with the direction from the Assistant Manager and Manager.

- Manage team meetings while promoting safety and quality within the workplace
- Communicate to team members on expectations, performance, and changes regarding their work areas
- Ensure that all safety rules and regulations including company policies are followed with counseling or disciplinary action if needed
- Record all documents of Team Member records including attendance, labor hours, paid time off, training, and performance evaluations
- Schedule labor to ensure production goals are met, maintaining labor cost, and providing necessary training for Team Members
- Provide guidance and On-the-Job-Training (OJT) to production Team Members to improve performance expectations
- Supervise Production Team Leaders and production Team Members during the module manufacturing process
- Assign Team Members to maximize production objectives, maintain quality standards, and attain output requirements
- Monitor stations regularly for quality, repairs, proper labeling, part allocation, and staging of parts while maintaining pre-set standards of good manufacturing processes and housekeeping standards(SS)
- Lead problem-solving teams to identify concerns, brainstorm, recommend solution, and implement corrective actions to improve plant productivity, quality, and efficiency
- Apply a sense of urgency to addressing and resolving production matters
- Determine work procedures, proper manpower, assign duties and tasks to production Team Members to maximize module production efficiency

Basic Qualifications (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)
Required Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of three (3) years in supervisor role in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, preferably in the automotive industry
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate Team Members
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Must be able to lift up to [unless specified heavy]
- Excellent communication (Verbal and Written)
- Good organizational skills
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing or related field
- Automotive industry experience
- SAP experience
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
Working Conditions:
- Production floor setting, repetitive standing, walking within and between buildings, travel both domestic and international. Must be able to climb, stoop, crouch, kneel, pull, and reach as needed. Working shift consist of Monday-Friday, Overtime/Weekends as needed. Subject to change as needed.
