Overview

JST is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time remote position. Senior Salesforce Business Analyst Responsibilities

• The Business Analyst will engage regularly with all stakeholder groups to drive the adoption of ServiceNow products, discuss business drivers.
• Consult with end-users to analyze and understand user needs, objectives, desired features, and input and output requirements.
• Gather, organize, and document business requirements and process definition outlines and flows in shareable, actionable, standardized formats.
• Define, document and groom user stories and business processes.
• Create and document application requirements by working together with those involved in the development of program enhancements and changes

Senior Salesforce Business Analyst Qualifications

• 10 + years of professional experience
• Bachelors Degree
• Experience with evaluating incoming requirements for potential configuration on the Salesforce platform as well as drive quality with all documented User Stories, including actionable technical requirements and acceptance criteria
• Experience enforcing governance over requirements submission, review and approval, Agile sprints, UAT, and deployment and support the team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features
• Experience leveraging Salesforce's capabilities, seek process improvements for all related Agile operations
• Experience developing and share reports and dashboards from ServiceNow for leadership and stakeholder status reporting

Senior Salesforce Business Analyst Desired Skills

• Experience with federal government or healthcare IT
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent client-facing or consulting skills
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification

Required Clearances and Screenings

• Must be able to successfully complete a Tier 1 Department of Defense Personnel Investigation, demonstrating reliability, trustworthiness, and integrity.'
