Job Summary On an as-needed basis at the direction of the Caltech Store Manager and Business Operations Officer, works with project resources and Institute staff on NetSuite application stabilization efforts and business process optimizations.
Essential Job Duties - At the direction of system owners and stakeholders, work with vendor and Institute resources to identify and resolve bugs and configuration issues in the NetSuite application.
- Develop NetSuite reports and queries to facilitate Caltech Store business processes.
- Act as a resource for NetSuite-related questions and assist with documentation efforts.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience with at least 3-5 years of information systems analysis and support.
- Proven track record of leading moderately complex projects and software implementations.
- Experience with NetSuite applications, specifically NSPOS, ERP, ecommerce.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
