That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?
In short, as a Project Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Corporate Inventory Operations team focusing on what drives sales and inventory production, while helping coordinate new and creative ways to support our field operators.
In long, our Project Coordinator is responsible for:
- Collaborates with relevant teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Develops and updates project trackers outlining key milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinates with different departments to ensure availability of resources.
- Seeks opportunities for process improvement within the project management framework.
- Provides reporting and project updates.
- Ability to adapt to new projects, scope, and can manage through rapid change.
- Communicates effectively about process and system changes to field operators and all stakeholders.
- Comfortable in presenting and effectively communicating information to a large audience both written and verbal.

- Organization and time management skills in spades. You’ll be handling multiple projects and deadlines that will require you to prioritize then re-prioritize then re-prioritize again.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management.
- A mind for the details. Okay we know "detail-oriented" is on about every job description - but we really mean it!

The Specifics.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of professional experience in area(s) such in: Marketing, Employee Relations, Training, Leadership/Coaching, Sales, and/or Customer Service
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, SharePoint etc.)
- An eye for design and making a communication message pop! (Canva or Illustrator skills preferred).
- Media and video editing/production experience is a plus
