Territory Sales Representative - Aluminum and Glass Railing Systems

Pompano, FL based - South Florida Territory

We are seeking a successful Territory Sales Reps with industry experience in Aluminum and Glass Railing Systems, Glass and Glazing and/or Construction sales. (Compensation: Base Salary plus uncapped commission and benefits) Since 1995, our client has been dedicated to delivering exceptional Aluminum Profile Accessories and Balustrade Systems products to more than 70 countries worldwide.

You will be responsible for driving sales, analyzing customer needs, and building strong relationships with clients. Your ability to negotiate contracts, meet sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this role.

To qualify you must have the following:

• Valid FL driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel: Able to travel within the assigned territory up to 50% of the total work time.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
• Previous knowledge and experience in architectural, glass and glazing, building material or construction sales with a proven track record of success managing a territory.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision remotely, building and maintain relationships both over the phone and in person to generate sales.
• Must be computer savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office software: Competent in using personal computers with proficiency in Microsoft Office software, with a focus on Excel.
