About The Role:
As a CBRE Accounting Coordinator/Clerk, you will assist the Accounts Receivable and Payable department with basic data entry tasks.
This job is part of the General Accounting job function. They are responsible for the development and day-to-day maintenance of accounting processes and procedures.
What You'll Do:
- Completes data entry to support a variety of accounts receivable transactions including lease abstracts, tenant terminations, manual billings, cash receipts postings, security deposits, applications of open credits/prepaid, verification of lockbox receipts and distribution of scheduled recurring billings and rent statements.
- Monitors accounting databases to ensure timely and accurate processing of recurring payments. Assists with data entry for annual budgets.
- Provides clerical support to Accountants with budget entry, deposit questions, tenant ledger reviews and aged delinquency reporting. Strong communication skills. Works independently but also in a team setting.
