Job Title: HR Manager
Position Overview:

We are looking for an accomplished HR professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, with a particular focus on recruiting, onboarding, payroll, employee conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR practices with business objectives and contribute to creating a positive and productive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
    • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration for new hires.
  2. Payroll and Benefits Administration:

    • Lead payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Administer employee benefits programs and provide support for benefit-related inquiries.
  3. Employee Relations:

    • Address and resolve employee relations issues, conflicts, and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
    • Foster a positive work environment through proactive employee engagement initiatives.
  4. Performance Management:

    • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to support employee development and organizational goals.
  5. Legal Compliance:

    • Stay current with labor laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices are in compliance.
    • Provide guidance on legal matters related to HR.
  6. Policy Development:

    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  7. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
