Job Title: HR Manager
Position Overview:
We are looking for an accomplished HR professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, with a particular focus on recruiting, onboarding, payroll, employee conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR practices with business objectives and contribute to creating a positive and productive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration for new hires.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Lead payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide support for benefit-related inquiries.
Employee Relations:
- Address and resolve employee relations issues, conflicts, and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Foster a positive work environment through proactive employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to support employee development and organizational goals.
Legal Compliance:
- Stay current with labor laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices are in compliance.
- Provide guidance on legal matters related to HR.
Policy Development:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
