Are you a results-oriented and dynamic individual with a passion for project management? We're on the lookout for a talented Solutions Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing and enhancing our relationships with some of our key enterprise accounts. Your focus will be on effective communication, operational efficiency, and ensuring our clients experience the highest level of satisfaction.

Project Ownership:
Take the lead on assigned projects, ensuring flawless execution and implementation. Your goal: near zero defects and industry-defining client satisfaction.

Be cooperative, collaborative, and accountable in interactions with team members and stakeholders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and documented processes for shared projects, addressing client concerns about the lack of formal documentation.
Create formal documents outlining the scope of work, project terms, operating expenses, and clauses regarding scope changes. Enhance transparency and manage expectations effectively.
Improve invoicing accuracy by implementing measures to enhance accuracy, speed of production, and clarity in invoicing processes.
Manage scope changes by promptly documenting and communicating changes to all stakeholders, obtaining approval before continuation to mitigate misunderstandings and potential conflicts.
Develop a customer expectation document to align with the client's expectations and ensure our services meet their needs and requirements.
Collaborate with the travel team, detailing their roles and responsibilities, highlighting the value they bring to the organization, and justifying associated costs effectively.
Serve as a liaison between the client and our legal team to ensure contractual agreements meet legal requirements and protect the interests of both parties.
Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of client relationship management, including invoicing accuracy, documentation, and reporting. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Conduct research to identify potential strategic partners aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance, to support partnership initiatives.
Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities.
Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing our values and mission in all external interactions.
Qualifications:
Two to four years of experience in operational project management, enterprise-level sales, or operations, preferably in the logistics and supply chain industry.
Logistics and deep warehousing experience required.
Prior experience in managing enterprise-level accounts and handling customer success initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to create value for clients and maintain a project-minded approach to client relationship management.
Strong coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple people and projects simultaneously.
Exposure to claims management and prior experience in enterprise-level account management is preferred.
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, reporting, and client-facing responsibilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00
Health/Dental/Vision care following the evaluation period, along with 18 days of PTO per year.
Medical coverage: 100% covered for the employee.
Dental coverage: 50% covered, with minimal cost to the employee.
Vision coverage: Minimal cost to the employee.
Life Insurance: Coverage is 2x annual salary, min 200K - 100% covered.
