Your Role as a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor:
- Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat to support clients' mental health journeys.
- Encourage open discussion of emotions and experiences to foster self-awareness and growth.
- Advocate for clients' needs and assist in setting achievable goals.
- Evaluate clients' mental well-being, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement solution-based approaches based on your clinical expertise.
Your clients:
- All clients undergo pre-screening and are stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns.
- You won't be working with severe mental health cases.
- We match you with clients aligned with your specialties and demographic preferences.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Licensing: Fully licensed to practice without supervision (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
- Strong clinical skills and ability to develop effective treatment plans.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Proficiency in computer usage.
