About the team/role
Checkr is looking for a Website Conversion Manager to help fuel our rapid growth. This role will be a part of the Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Growth Strategy & Operations. This role will be responsible for optimizing all conversion paths on our website to further scale our website as an acquisition channel. In this role, you will partner closely with our Design, Website, Product, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to scale our SMB business and transform our website into a conversion machine.
The ideal candidate has experience executing website conversion strategies at a fast-growing company. You will leverage your web expertise, analytical skills, experimentation mindset, and creativity to identify opportunities to test and optimize our conversion paths.
