Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance
• Ensure resident safety and uphold the utmost respect for all residents
• Coordinate pharmacy services and oversee medication management
• Act as a liaison between the facility, physicians, and family members
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent overall resident care
• Participate in quality assurance and patient care conferences

Requirements:

• Proven experience in nursing leadership
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle employee appraisals and resolve problems effectively
• Commitment to maintaining employee and resident confidentiality
