Job Title : Product Engineer
Job Location : Houston, TX (in-office)
Salary : $65-85K DOE (benefits, time off, etc.)
Requirements :
1.) Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience).
2.) 3+ years of professional product engineering and product management experience.
3.) Experience with electrical motors and/or HVAC is preferred, but not required.
We are a motion control solutions company that designs and manufactures electromechanical assemblies for OEM applications (commercial, industrial, medical, etc.). Due to recent growth, we are seeking a talented Product Engineer to join our team. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience) and 3+ years of professional product engineering and product management experience. Experience with electrical motors and/or HVAC is preferred, but not required.
What You Will Be Doing
- Providing technical industrial sales support to sales team/OEM customers.
- Functioning as Product Manager for core product line - understanding competitors' products, pricing, performance, and NPI process.
- Providing solutions for standard/custom products RFQ, including sales pipeline management.
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional product engineering and product management experience. Preferred Qualifications :
- Bilingual (Mandarin Chinese)
- Electrical motor

- ERP systems (SAP preferred)
