Title: PeopleSoft Financials ERP
Location: Remote
We're currently seeking a skilled and experienced PeopleSoft Financials ERP Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our PeopleSoft Financials system from a remote location, ensuring its alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer the PeopleSoft Financials ERP system remotely, including configuration, customization, and maintenance tasks.
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for system issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Collaborate virtually with finance leaders, business analysts, and end-users to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows.
- Implement remote upgrades, patches, and enhancements to the PeopleSoft Financials system, ensuring compliance with vendor recommendations and best practices.
- Participate in virtual meetings and discussions related to system enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
- Develop and maintain remote-accessible system documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Provide remote training and support to end-users on system functionality, processes, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest features, enhancements, and best practices related to PeopleSoft Financials through remote learning and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials ERP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and best practices, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset management.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft Financials modules such as General Ledger, Asset Management, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable/Receivable.
- Experience in remote system administration tasks such as user access management, security configuration, and role-based permissions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage remote system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including regression testing and change management processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
