Payroll Specialist

We provide a wide range of HR consulting solutions to our base of clients nationwide and are considered subject matter experts in all areas of Human Resource Management. As a result of our ongoing growth, we are adding a Payroll Specialist to the team. The resource we are seeking will handle payroll administration, state tax registrations, and other payroll related tasks needed for our clients.

The ideal candidate MUST possess:

Must have 3+ years of experience as a Payroll Specialist.

Experience handling a multistate payroll for over 500+ employees.

Experience with quarterly/annual reconciliations and audits.

Experience with payroll taxes.

Preferred experience with UltiPro, ADP PCPW, ADP Pay eXpert, and/or Workforce Now.

Proficiency in Excel, including creating Pivot Tables and the use of VLOOKUP.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships in a customer centric environment.

Required competencies include attention to detail, demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects / payrolls at once, comfort with numbers, critical thinking skills, and the ability to operate in a highly confidential setting.

Salary:

Base salary $30-$40 an hour

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors, including skills and experience.
