Provides full or specialized legal services to one or more areas supported. Has ongoing relationship and accountability for assigned legal matters. Is a legal expert in New York Workers Compensation field. Works assignments consisting of major legal tasks involving problems of recognized complexity and facts that are in question for which considerable legal judgment, experience and independent reasoning are required.

The ideal candidate will have worker's compensation experience and is one who is able to successfully manage a substantial caseload of worker's compensation matters from inception to conclusion.

Education and Experience

In New York, the base pay range for a Litigation Attorney is $135,000 to $176,500. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.

In certain jurisdictions, CNA is legally required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. In California, Colorado, Connecticut, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $71,000 to $133,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
