ADECCO IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A FIELD ACCOUNTANT FOR ONE OF OUR TOP CLIENTS!
Location: Waltham, MA 90% remote
3 MONTH CONTRACT WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION
Pay rate range: $35/hr to $35/hr.
Under the direction of the Supervisor the Field Accountant will work to ensure that all employees and vendors are paid correctly and timely.
Duties:
o Notify supervision of abnormal payroll closes due to holidays and other events.
o Time and expense entry (SAP & CONCUR and/or other program(s) developed and adopted by the company).
o Invoice processing (SAP Ariba or other program(s) as developed and adopted by the company).
o Manage employee Quota Buckets with Employee Services
o Complete and file Disability Absence Reports.
o Create and refill SAP, Ariba accounting system for Purchase Requests.
o Utilize SAP GUI as SOBO/ROBO to order and receive (complete confirmations) of received services, create all types of shopping carts to procure goods and services on behalf of the department.
o Perform clerical duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
o Experience using SAP, SAP Fiori, Ariba
o Experience using SAP GUI as SOBO/ROBO to order and receive (complete confirmations) of received services, create all types of shopping carts to procure goods and services on behalf of the department.
o Must demonstrate proficiency with the use of electronic devices such as laptop computers, smart phones, tablets, Microsoft Office Suite, and Office365. Must be proficient in Excel.
o Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
