Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Club in Malvern, Pennsylvania is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.
Position Overview:
The selected candidate will report directly to the Golf Course Superintendent and work alongside other Assistant Superintendents and management staff. The selected candidate will play an integral role in supervising, course maintenance, chemical applications, irrigation practices and repairs, short-term and long-term planning, and project management.
Requirements:
Applicants should possess or demonstrate a keen interest in obtaining a 2-year certificate or four-year degree in turfgrass/agronomy.
1-2 Years experience in golf course maintenance preferred.
Applicants should have a positive mindset, good communication skills, and be detail-oriented.
Compensation:
$50,000 – $70,000 per year.
Christmas Bonus and Merit-Based Bonus.

In season you work every third weekend and off-season none except snowfall.
2 weeks paid vacation, 5 paid sick days annually.
