C-Lock Inc. equipment is extensively used by corporations, universities, research organizations, and individual producers, making us the marketplace leader. C-Lock’s primary product, GreenFeed, measures individual animal metabolic gas emissions, including methane and carbon dioxide. GreenFeed is the global standard for measuring enteric gas emissions from ruminants. SimpleScan is another product in our gas monitoring equipment category, and C-Lock will further expand the emissions monitoring line in 2024. The C-Lock Smart line of equipment products is used to measure individual feed intake, average daily gain, and feed efficiency. Smart products include SmartFeed, Super SmartFeed, SmartWater, SmartFeed Trailers, and SmartScale. These portable and modular products work independently, or collaboratively, to accurately measure individual animal intake and growth. These performance metrics can be used to calculate animal efficiency to better manage genetics, animal selection/mating, and feeding regimens/supplementation.

We are hiring a full-time sales assistant to join our team. Teamwork and organization are essential as this position continuously coordinates with all departments in the organization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is FULLTIME with an expected 40 hours weekly. Must be able to work between the hours of 8 am-4 pm Monday through Friday.
• Data entry into a CRM.
• Working with the service and installation teams on basic problem solving.
• Responsible for processing client orders and part orders.
• Responsible for issuing renewal service contracts and renewal of contracts.
• Working with support team on invoice of additional parts.
• Tracking payments for additional revenue streams.
• Provide soft touch and follow-up to existing clients.
• Assisting the sales team with administrative paperwork and on- site client visits.
• Working with the field sales team on lead origination.
• Other Duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in manufacturing and customer relation management systems. Proficient in Microsoft office, word, and excel.
• Great attention to detail.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be self-directed, motivated, and outgoing.
• Must have strong written and communication skills.
• Must be comfortable to sit for long periods.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Availability for domestic travel possibly up to 10%.
