Position Summary:
Enterprise ERP System Process Specialist and the following teams discharge their responsibilities in line with agreed project plans, and to promote the effective and efficient use of SAP Service to our business users:
• Global Stream Leads
• Stream Leads
• In-House Senior Consultants
• In-House Consultants
• Other third-party providers e.g. contractors, consultants and offshore companies (AMS)
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ability to Architect and design level 1 – 4 ERP Processes
- Ability to collaborate with the Global Cross Functional teams (internal and external) globally – adjust and develop team organization according to the business needs
- Ensure optimal use of internal and External resource, knowledge, and funding
- Ensure that all business cases are fully informed regarding the SAP content and that the
- business maximizes their ROI
- Ensure RACI are in place with the business and that the internal and external stakeholders perform their roles in line with as defined metrics and KPI’s Established
- Work with business to build forward looking Demands / work plans and ensure that they have the resource to meet these plans.
- Close collaboration with other departments like (Cyber) Security, Service Management, IT
- Infrastructure, CoE Team etc.
- Ensure that the delivery of corporate communication within the team is appropriate.
- Responsible for continuous improvement of performance of team members through policy, process and training in line with Group IT standards
- Responsible for the Enterprise and Data architecture within the SAP delivery Model
- Responsible / Accountable to deliver the following Services out of the CoE to further SAP Rollouts within the group:
- Functional Support within all the main streams like PTP, DTS, FTM, OTC etc.
- Support and review for functional design and document approvals
- Methodology and tools to develop and onboard Key Users and Train End Users
- Methodology and tools to run testing within the defined Test cycles.
- Methodology and tool to run the project from the phase define the requirements to deploy the solution with the productive SAP environment.
- Technical support and architecture guidelines within the area of new interfaces and the overall authorization framework as well master data transition out of the legacy systems.
- Methodology and tool to handover the fit and gap functionalities within the defined project scope after hypercare period within the operation model
- Represents the EPBS on internal steering groups and relevant external SAP events.
- Point of contact for EPBS. Prime responsibility for the relationship with SAP Account Management
- Provides leadership in the development of functional skills in others through active knowledge sharing.
- Release management including transport management & Governance, change management of major or minor SAP releases.
- Knowledge of Business Process Tools
- Operate as gatekeeper to ensure the quality of new SAP solutions / Template Adjustments

- Experience on enterprise application platforms (ERP, CRM, eCommerce, SaaS applications, and cloud services)

- Creative and innovative thinker with strong collaborative leadership skills to work in partnership with people relations and senior leadership teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and an ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Travel – up to 40% international travel required.
Education and work Experience:
- University degree level with 12 - 15 years of experience in SAP ERP (ECC & S/4HANA) which include 5 years of managing a global, diverse ERP teams and outsourced services
- Functional expertise in Commercial, Finance, Procurement, Engineering and Manufacturing Supply Chain processes
- Creative and innovative thinker with strong collaborative leadership skills to work in partnership with people relations and senior leadership teams.
