Job description

We are seeking an experienced and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Associate. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that our client service processes are implemented and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the financial services industry, with expertise in investment, Series 65/66, wealth management, banking, and high net worth clients. Prior experience in an RIA, Advisor, or Operations Associate role is also beneficial.

Position Overview: The Client Services Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling financial service inquiries, resolving client issues, and managing client accounts. The individual should have strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to clients inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
• Assist clients with account setup and account maintenance
• Process new account applications and transactions
• Maintain client records and account documentation
• Manage client accounts, including but not limited to: account transfers, distributions, dividends, and gains/losses
• Ensure client inquiries are handled and followed up on effectively

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of client service experience in the financial services industry
• Knowledge of investment, Series 65/66, wealth management, banking, and high net worth clients
• Prior experience in an RIA, Advisor, or Operations Associate role is beneficial
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
