Job description

Responsibilities

Willow Springs Center is looking for an experienced Clinical Eduactor to develop, train and educate our WSC team!

The Clinical Eduactor provides oversight and assistance in maintaining regulatory standards, by engaging in performance improvement activities and education of all new and existing clinical staff at Willow Springs Center inpatient and outpatient facilities.  This Clinical Eduactor will work with the interdisciplinary team to assure efficient communication within the healthcare teams related to educational needs of clinical staff. Clinical staff includes Nursing, Milieu, and Clinical Services. This Clinical Eduactor is responsible for utilizing and maintaining the educational and training initiatives and tools used at this facility including software, training classes, and comprehensive skills assessments.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.


EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years experience training and leading Nurses or lay staff preferred.
