Job Overview

Come join the Intuit’s Go To Market Technology Team as a Senior Product Manager responsible for an ecosystem of technology capabilities that enable superior customer experiences. At the center of every great company are great systems and processes. This product leader will focus on innovating on the technologies that our global Go-To-Market and Product teams use to drive engagement with customers by meeting them where they are with proactive, contextual, and personalized experiences.

In this role you will help drive an ecosystem vision and roadmap with the opportunity to contribute to significant transformation and innovation. You will be responsible for ensuring we provide best in class marketing technology solutions including orchestration across email, push, SMS, Sales, Service, and in-app to support key growth objectives. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering new technology and experiences at scale in a platform and services-oriented architecture. This person must have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, including technologists, product managers, and engineers, and drive influence with senior leadership.

Qualifications

5+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management or business process, technology platform, consulting, or architecture role

Deep domain experience driving strategy and execution of integrated marketing, sales, and service capabilities to enable business acceleration

A strong understanding of data patterns, schema, and architecture and the ability to translate technical design into non-technical speak

Experience driving strategy for MarTech ecosystem with data, orchestration and activation for multiple brands

Preferred experience launching the MarTech strategy in one of industry suites like Adobe, Salesforce, Twilio, etc

Experience creating and driving adoption of efficient and scalable product planning and development processes consistent with agile best practices

A self-motivated person who can influence and drive cross-functional, cross-geo teams, promoting timely and effective communication

A strong leader, skilled at storytelling and communication with proven ability to credibly drive conversations with senior leaders

Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap

Experience with Agile development and methodologies

A strong sense of urgency to help customers through the ability to identify insights and deliver a quality, innovative experience quickly

Undergraduate degree required in electrical engineering, math, science or other related disciplines (equivalent professional experience will be considered); MBA or advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

Lead the development of big ideas and their transformation into scalable capabilities and services that empower our teams to delight customers at every touchpoint

Define and drive CX technology product roadmaps enabling multiple personas (marketers, sales agents, partners, experts, product managers, developers, and end customers)

Define ideal state of the vision and roadmap

Prioritize cross-functional needs to revamp legacy technology through clear product roadmaps

Define E2E view of data and how it enables all jobs across the Tech Stack, and use this to inform roadmaps and planning

Formulate and execute on metrics that move the needle for our persona types to be more productive, spending less time on administrative tasks and more time analyzing, experimenting, and formulating strategies

Write user stories as part of an Agile framework which include clear acceptance criteria and take into account dependencies on other stories and/or initiatives

Contribute to improved agile processes that constantly seek to provide predictability of outcomes, set appropriate expectations on timing and scope delivery, and increase development team velocity

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $167,500 - $226,500, Colorado $144,500 - $195,500, Bay Area California $167,500 - 226,500, Southern California $157,500 - 213,500, Washington $151,500 - $205,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
