Job description
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and self-driven Marketing Coordinator to assist in the development and management of day-to-day marketing related projects. In collaboration with the Janus marketing team, you will help manage workflow and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns and communications. We are looking for an individual who has a strong understanding of omni-channel marketing channels and project management in a fast-paced environment.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing Leadership, Events, Product, Content, Creative, Digital and Automation team members to execute campaign (email, social media, website, print and digital ads) and project deliverables, from ideation through final execution.
- Expertly handle day to day project requests for tasks like ordering business cards, updating our websites, gathering detailed project requirements to move projects forward.
- Assist in the creation of detailed project plans, media plans and schedules in collaboration with project stakeholders and the marketing team to outline deliverables, tactics, roles (both internal & external), schedules, and priorities.
- Continually assess and proactively communicate project needs and resources to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Regularly audit internal systems and processes for inefficiencies and deliver solutions to improve them when needed.
- Perform thorough project reviews and make suggested edits to ensure completed work is consistent and clear, meets quality standards, and aligns with project intent and all Janus International brand standards.
- Proactively contribute to the management of multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously
- Display dedication to learning about the industries we serve and marketing initiatives for success inside it.
- Ability to accurately proof documents—spotting and correcting errors, contradictions, and inconsistencies.
- Support Marketing Leadership in establishing and evaluating marketing strategies and plans by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars, and organizing and planning promotional presentations.
- Assist in planning and managing tasks for trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings in partnership with our events team.
- Be flexible in working/traveling between Temple, Douglasville, and Atlanta offices in a hybrid environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or similar field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a dynamic Marketing role.
- Agency experience is strongly preferred.
- Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in Project Management tools such as Monday.com, Wrike, Basecamp, etc.
- Experience with CRM Platforms like HubSpot.
- Expected to work onsite a few times a month and as needed for team collaboration.
