Job description


JOB TITLE: Billing Coordinator       
DEPARTMENT: Finance
REPORTS TO: Accounting Manager

SUMMARY: The Billing Coordinator will assist with the overall billing process in the A ccounting Department. Compile data and prepare invoices for billing purposes within assigned territories. Follow up with management as needed to ensure accuracy of the bill prior to delivery to customers. Assist with customer invoicing and accounts receivable functions.
